I contacted this company about a custom built saddle. Communication was quite good at the beginning. Had a phone call from someone but I missed it due to meetings. I did message saying I would ring later around 4pm (which I did). I returned the missed call a few times but failed to get through. Feel like they wasted my time and wouldn’t recommend based on the customer service.
